ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in 1/3

connection with Crime No.43 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 466, 467, 468, 471, 474, 420 and 120B of IPC, has filed this petition. 2.The petitioner is arrayed as A3 in this case. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has created a fake death certificate and a legal heir certificate for a freedom fighter's property, as if the property belonged to A1 and A2 and also created further documents in his favour.

3.The petitioner claims that he is an innocent purchaser and he is not aware of it and since the defacto complainant claims that it is not the property of A1 and A2, the petitioner is also ready to cancel the document. 4.Considering the rival submissions made and the allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application after cancelling the document. sd/- 10/04/2024 / TRUE COPY / /04/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
