Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to keep the petition mentioned orders passed by the first respondent in abeyance. The writ petition was filed in April 2022. Even the time sought for was only six months, the said period had already expired. Taking into account the special facts and circumstances of the case, this Court also gave an interim order. The petitioner was however put on terms. The petitioner failed to make the payment. In these circumstances, the question of showing indulgence to the writ petitioner does not arise at all. 3.This writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.01.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No NCC : Yes / No MGA 2/4
