COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsels for the petitioners and the second respondent appeared before this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit in O.S.No.209 of 2010, which was pending before the I Additional Munsif Court, Kumbakonam was transferred to the file District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimaruthur and renumbered as O.S.No. 10 of 2019, which has been disposed of on 14.12.2021. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed.
