[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the Mother of the detenu, namely, Sathiyamukesh @ Sathish, Son of Vijayaraj, aged https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.753 of 2021 about 21 years, challenging the detention order H.S.No.64 of 2021, dated 29.4.2021, passed by the second respondent, branding him as "Sand Offender " as contemplated under Section 2(g) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the State appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.2709, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 18.06.2021, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked.
3. Recording the above submission, the habeas corpus petition is closed.
