O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Principal District Judge, Principal District Court, Karur, to taken on file the Emergent Petition in I.A.SR.No.444 of 2017 in I.A.No.28 of 2017 for Mandatory Injunction, I.A.No.29 of 2017 for Temporary Injunction and I.A.No.30 of 2017 for appointment of Court Commissioner and Surveyor in O.S.No.06 of 2017 and dispose the same.

2. This Court called for the report from the concerned Principal District Judge, by order, dated 19.10.2023 with regard to the status of the suit in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Karur, has sent a report wherein, it is stated that the 5/8

suit in O.S.No.06 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Principal District Court, Karur, is dismissed by its decree and judgment, dated 25.02.2022.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself is dismissed, in the considered opinion of this Court nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. No costs.
