No.6399 of 2023 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners herein along with other accused have created forged and falsified invoice cum delivery order as if the cement bags under Amma Cement Supply scheme where supplied to the non registrant beneficiaries by getting bribe and caused loss to the Government exchequer, hence the case.
3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
4. It is seen that there are totally five accused in this case and the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6399 of 2023 is arrayed as A2 who is the Junior Assistant and the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6410 of 2023 is arrayed as A5 who is a Bill Clerk. The petitioners herein have committed very serious offence as against the general public by creating forged and falsified invoice cum delivery order, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioners is required in this case, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
