O R D E R

The writ petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to instruct the fourth respondent to grant permission in favour of the petitioner for the purpose of getting electricity connection.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Admittedly, the petitioner claims that he is a tenant under the fourth respondent. The Electricity Board seeks No Objection Certificate from the fourth respondent temple for the purpose of issuing electricity connection. The prayer as such cannot be granted. However, considering the limited request made by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner and dispose of the same, if permitted in law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
