Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SANKARAMASUBRAMANIAN.A, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5217 of 2021, dated 17.04.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 28.04.2021 onwards.

CRL MP(MD) No.3731 of 2021 4.Considering the submission made by both counsels and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.
