ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners herein said to have cheated the de facto complainant by creating false and bogus documents to his property and while questioning the same, they threatened the de facto complainant with dire consequences. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner.

4. Since no case has been registered against this petitioner and no complaint has been pending against him, at this stage, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise.
5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
