2. The petitioner seeks mutation in the petition mentioned revenue records. The third respondent has already initiated steps in this regard. It is seen that one, Elango is the rival claimant. There is a proposal to serve the summons on him also. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that the entire enquiry will be conducted and disposed of and the final order will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
