ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.33 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 186, 189 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., the petitioners are now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the earlier Advocate Commissioner has been changed and new Advocate Commissioner has been appointed by the Court by name Prakash.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) strongly opposed for granting of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the F.I.R., this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the bail application shall be considered on merits on the same day. sd/- 29/03/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
