on the land in S.No.298/2B, Chellampatti Union, Kovilankulam Village and issue fresh FMB sketch as per the structure and measurement of the property.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct a survey and rectify the FMB of the petitioner's property.

2. According to the petitioner, despite an earlier order passed by this Court on 05.12.2024 and the representation given on 30.12.2024 to the third respondent, no steps have been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to conduct a survey and forward his report to the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such report from the fourth respondent, 2/4

the third respondent shall pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2024, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. No costs.
