ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is a retired employee of the respondent Corporation. His allegation is that pension payable for the period from April 2015 to June 2018 was not paid.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents pointed out that a sum of Rs.4,29,345/- was paid in five installments from August 2021 to December 2021. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
