ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned refusal check slip issued by the 1st respondent in Refusal Number RFL/ Kadaiyanalloor/ 65/ 2024 dated 13.11.2024 and to direct the 1st respondent Sub Registrar, Kadayanalloor to register the sale deed in respect of the 12 cents in S.No.585/4, Chokkampatti Village, Kadayanalloor Taluk, Tenkasi District ignoring that any alleged double sale or erroneous entries in the revenue records arising from subsequent transactions shall not bind or affect the petitioner's title. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the petitioner is entitled to the property in Survey No.585/4A2 to an extent of 11.58 cents and if the same is registered, the 2nd respondent has no objections. 3.

Therefore, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed. However, the petitioner is directed to modify the extent of the property as 11.58 cents alone. The petitioner shall re-present the same in Survey No.585/4A2 to the extent of 11.58 cents and re-present the document. On such modification, the 1st respondent shall register the same as per law. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed.
