Side) on behalf of the Responden, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without fail.
