O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This petitioner is the husband of the detenue and out of the wedlock they have two daughters, who are presently aged about 9 and 7 years old respectively. The petitioner is working abroad and used to come to his native village during holidays. Stating that the whereabouts of the detenue is not known and having reliably come to know that she has eloped with the third respondent, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.The respondent police have secured and produced the detenue before us. She admits that she eloped with the 3rd respondent, who is also a married person having two children.

3.We spoke to the petitioner and asked him as to whether he is willing to take back her considering the fate of the two children. He expressed certain reasons, which We do not want to record in the order. He is not inclined to take back the detenue. He would further state that he filed this petition just to know whether the detenue is available and nothing more.

4.In the light of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
