This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the speedy enquiry on the complaint of the petitioners CSR No. 366/2024 dated 15.08.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that they have received the complaint of the petitioner and assigned CSR No.366/2024. They will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week.
3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry in CSR No.366/2024 based on the complaint of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
