The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.454 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on the ground of compromise.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition insofar as A2 alone, on the ground of compromise.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to file fresh petition insofar as A2 alone. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
