ORDER

This revision petition has been filed against the judgment and decree made in RCA.No.53 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiuchirappalli, dated 20.04.2019, confirming the judgment and decree made in RCOP.No.31 of 2015 on the file of IInd Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, dated 02.06.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if six months time is granted, the petitioner will be able to vacate the premises and an affidavit dated 04.07.2019 has also been filed to that effect. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would state that arrears of rent till date has been deposited before the Court below and therefore, he does not have any objection to grant time for six months for the petitioner to vacate the premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Therefore, recording the undertaking in the affidavit dated 04.07.2019 filed by the petitioner that he would vacate the

premises on or before 12.01.2020, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the above undertaking and the petitioner is directed to pay the monthly rent on or before the 5th of every English Calender month till he vacates and hands over the possession of the premises to the respondent on 12.01.2020. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
