This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime NO. 135 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for fair and free investigation of the case or to competent officer under his control and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R., this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation to any other agency. However, it will serve interest of justice, if the Inspector of Police, Devipattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District is directed to conduct the investigation. Accordingly, the Inspector of Police, Devipattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District is directed to conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law.
