*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 26.03.2018 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner, who is stated to be a resident of Uthamaraseeli Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, has submitted a representation dated 26.03.2018, before the respondents with a request to repair the wheels of the chariot at Arulmighu Jambugeshwarar Akilandeshwari Temple, Thiruvanaikovil, Trichy. The said representation, till date, remains unanswered.

3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

4. Mr.P.Thiyagaran, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent, on instructions, submits that the wheels of the chariot at Arulmighu Jambugeshwarar Akilandeshwari Temple, Thiruvanaikovil, Trichy, are in need of repair and steps are being taken to set right the same. The learned Standing Counsel further submits that before the next chariot festival, the wheels of the chariot will be set right.

5. Recording the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, the present Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
