ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) Alleging that the petitioner's husband is taken into illegal custody on 04.04.2024, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's husband was involved in an

offence under the Customs Act and he has been remanded to judicial custody on 06.04.2024. He would further submit that the arrest of the petitioner's husband has been intimated to the petitioner in her mobile number 8807827884 on 06.04.2024 and that the petitioner's husband is not in illegal detention.

3. Recording the above submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
