Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2.

2. The petitioner had already filed O.S.No.51 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif, Thirumayam, regarding the issue projected in this writ petition. Vide order dated 07.06.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.1086 of 2022 filed by the petitioner herein, I had directed the trial court to dispose of the said suit within a period of six months.

3. In view of the said direction, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
