This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to expedite and complete the investigation in Crime Number 600 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police and to file the final report within a prescribed time as stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime NO.600 of 2015 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai on 10.02.2016.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
