This revision petition is filed as against the order dated 31.01.2019, passed by the learned District Munsif, Lalgudi, in I.A.No.225 of 2018 in O.S.No.343 of 2012.

gk 2.When the matter came up for hearing on 18.10.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal.

3.Today, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the respondent are no more and that he has to take steps. However, the Registry has put up a note that the main suit itself has been disposed of on 20.11.2019 and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. 4.In view of the aforesaid position, this revision petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
