ORDER

The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2014 within a time frame.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2014 is disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.10.2014 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, preferably on or before 30.09.2018, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
