2.Today(08.09.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has put up the case details of O.S.No.83 of 2014, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai, which reveals that the suit in O.S.No.83 of 2014 has already been withdrawn on 27.07.2018 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions and accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
