This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent Police to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.07.2020.

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that upon the receipt of the complaint dated 28.07.2020, given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in current enquiry No.181/NDIS/SP/OT/KLT/2020 and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CRL OP(MD)No.8467 of 2020 is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent. Further, if necessary, the 3rd respondent Police is ready to give necessary police protection to the petitioner.
