The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents police have not registered the case even after the direction issued by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Madurai, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., has approached this Court.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Madurai, has referred his complaint for registering a case on 12.02.2024. However, the case has not been registered sofar. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the case has been registered on 10.04.2024.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is closed.
