(Order of this Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The detenue is present before this Court. She has informed us that she is not in the illegal custody.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw this petition, as the matter is being settled amicably. In view of the same the detenue is set at liberty and this petition is dismissed.
