Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner and the 8th respondent are heading two rival groups. As a result, the petition mentioned temple festival could not be conducted.

3. Since the issues raised by the respective parties are not amenable to resolution by applying judicially manageable standards, I direct the third respondent to convene a peace committee meeting for resolving all the outstanding issues. Such a peace committee meeting will be held within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
