This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.N.Sudhagar Nagaraj, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent police issued summons and they insisted the petitioner to appear for enquiry, without any basis and hence, he filed this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the case has been registered in Crime No.122 of 2024 and the respondents police has not harassed the petitioner as alleged by the petitioner.
