This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.402 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that upon completion of investigation, the first respondent has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai on 06.07.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai to take the final report on file, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
