The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to plant trees both sides of Sannathi Street, Thiruvanai Kovil, Trichy based on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2015. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner and others have decided to plant trees both sides of the Sannathi Street, Thiruvanaikovil, Trichy. Therefore, he has made representation to the respondent on 11.08.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on its own merit and in accordance with law.
