ORDER

The petitioner / accused has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking quashment of the proceedings, in Crime No.354 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard K.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / accused and Mrs.S.Prabha, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation, in Crime No.354 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent Police, has already been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, on 25.02.2016, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner / accused to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
