ORDER
The petitioner herein is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.15 of 2021 and he has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police to file final report in the above said case.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that investigation in Cr.No.15 of 2021 has already been completed and final report has also been filed in E.Filing No.LTN-2022 0001821 2024 00076CC before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar to take the final report on file, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
