PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.331 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody from 04.07.2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 307, 302 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.331 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police in S.C No.236 of 2020. He seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner along with 2 other accused abused the defacto complainant using filthy language and attacked with deadly weapons like arival with intention to murder the defacto complaiant, his father, mother and friend and caused injuries to them.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a false complaint has been lodged against the petitioner and other accused. 4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent police submits that this is a third bail petition and previous application has been dismissed as withdrawn.
5. I have perused the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. There is no proper details regarding the previous petitions. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition giving proper details. Giving such liberty, this petition is dismissed.
