ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the case in S.T.C.No. 239 of 2023, dated 08.06.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistate Court (Fast Track) Karur, filed by the second respondent against the petitioner and tried with C.C.No.513 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Dindigul, filed by the first respondent against the petitioner and to clubbed and may be conducted joint trial before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Dindigul. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today (ie., 09.12.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the case in C.C.No.513 of 2021 has already been disposed of and ended in a conviction vide judgment dated 10.09.2024. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
