Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents particularly the 4th respondent to issue an experience certificate for the period from August 2009 to December 2010 and December 2011 to December 2012 on which I had worked as temporary lecturer under the self Financed Scheme of Parent Teachers Association of the 4th respondent College to the petitioner pursuant to the representation and reminders as submitted on 3.4.2018 and 4.8.2019 within the time frame as specified by this Court.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.27112 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020.

2. When this contempt petition came up for hearing, on 22.09.2020, the learned Special Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent submitted that, the orders have been complied with and the copy of the order would be produced before this Court.

3. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, has produced the copy of the order, that is nothing but a Certificate issued by the fourth respondent as directed by this Court dated 28.01.2020.

4. In view of the said order having been passed, i.e., the certificate having been issued with regard to the experience gained by the petitioner at the fourth respondent Institute, the orders of this Court, dated 28.01.2020 has been complied with.

5. Therefore, this Court feel that, there is no further adjudication required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub.Application (MD) No.104 of 2020 is also closed.
