ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent police to file the final report in FIR in Crime No.328 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the second respondent, investigation has been completed and Final Report also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai through E-filing (2865/2023).

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rules.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
