ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.Not Known for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that they have not registered any case as against this petitioner and a petition enquiry alone is pending against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.455 of 2024, which is pending from 27.03.2024.

3.Since the respondent police could not find a criminal nature of offence on the complaint dated 27.03.2024 and a case has not been registered, this petition is closed, as, there is no apprehension of arrest as against the petitioner. 4.At the same time, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
