The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 29.11.2019 issued by the Joint Director of School Education i.e., the respondent herein, where the petitioner's request has been turned down.

2.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, having recorded the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
