ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAJPAL SINGH LEGAL AID COUNSEL, for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.DINESH BABU, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

The matter pertains to premature release. Though the matter is repeatedly getting adjourned for 6 months for filing counter, still counter is yet to be filed.
