ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.80 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent police station within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.80 of 2014 has been completed and action has been dropped on 30.12.2015 and action dropped report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, after service of Referred Charge Sheet notice on the petitioner.
