This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.18686 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024 has not been complied with.

Today (30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.18686 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024, writ appeal in WA(MD) No.1760 of 2025 has been preferred by the first respondent before the Division Bench of this Court and the same was allowed on 02.07.2025.
