Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 to 5 from interfering the operation of the petitioner's mini buses bearing registration No.TN-49/R-6426 and TN-65/E-9491 (since replaced) operating on the route Samayapuram Kadai Veethi Pillaiyar Kovil to Lalgudi bus stand with opposite direction.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner viz., M.Mohammed Ansar, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 to 5 from

interfering with the operation of the petitioner's mini buses bearing registration Nos.TN-49/R-6426 and TN-65/E-9491 operating on the route Samayapuram Kadai Veethi Pillaiyar Kovil to Lalgudi bus stand with opposite direction.

2.Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents 2 to 5. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The case of the petitioner is that when the petitioner is operating his mini bus from Samayapuram Kadai Veethi Pillaiyar Kovil to Lalgudi bus stand with opposite direction as per the permit condition, the respondents 3 to 5, without any authority whatsoever, has interfered with the petitioner's vehicle. But, the petitioner, who is approaching this Court, has not produced any particulars like, date, time, year and also the particulars of the vehicle stopped by the Respondents. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court to the representations of the petitioner dated 22.09.2015 and 15.10.2015.

5.Even in the said representations, there is no details like on what date, month, year the petitioner's vehicle has been prevented from plying. Therefore this Court is not able to see any details neither in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ petition nor in the representations about the stoppage of the mini bus of the petitioner. Such a vague prayer cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.is closed.
