This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to conduct the Public Meeting to be held on 01.07.2018 at Palanganatham, Near Natraj Theater, Madurai at about 06.00 p.m., to 10.00 p.m., condemning the police shoot out against the innocent public without causing any disturbance to public order.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent has already passed the final order permitting the petitioner to conduct the Public Meeting and that therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
