This Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.38 of 2012 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2012 has been completed and the final report is ready. Hence, if three months time is granted by this Court, the final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. 4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete
