O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1448 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1448 of 2015 was completed and closure report was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 18.12.2015 itself and after serving RCS. notice on the de-facto complainant, the copy of the closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
