ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioners based on considering the petitioner representation dated 30.03.2023 under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted. But the complainant did not appear and thess petitioners appeared and stated that they will workout their remedy through Family Court. On that ground the above said complaint was closed.

3.In view of the above said submission, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
